The QA Team’s Blueprint enables your team to perform multi-level testing. Utilize Orchestly’s Report feature to know the progress and collaborate using comments in jobs.

Changes to the UI

The Zoho CRM team had launched a new UI of the record details page in March 2020. After receiving feedback from users, it made recent changes to it and they include an increase in the width of the Notes section and Description column, change in color coding for won and closed deals, modification of design to show the progress of the transitions in a blueprint, and removal of the empty box next to the Business Card.

Remote Work

Zoho WorkDrive, an online collaborative and productive tool, has got two new capabilities in its search function – Optical Character Recognition and Object Detection. Optical Character Recognition will help you extract text from images, scanned files, and images inside docs. With Object Detection, you can search for any image based on the object it contains.

Zoho Inventory is an online application that helps you to manage orders and inventory. There are a number of updates that were introduced in Zoho Inventory and they include new report tags, document tab, validation rules, report comparison, and warehouse to market mapping. Zoho Inventory can now be integrated with Mercado Pago and Zoho Desk. You can even apply taxes on shipping charges, sync taxable orders from Shopify, and set a credit limit for customers.

Zoho Books

Zoho Books is a cloud-based accounting solution designed for all organizations. The Zoho team has introduced new updates and features in Zoho Books. There is a new Vendor Portal, a new integration facility with Mercado Pago, a restructured invoice details page, and customized layouts and print reports. Zoho Books

Zoho CRM adds List View – Utility Menu under the list of custom button placements. This option will let you place a button where you want to perform a specific action in a module. The actions configured through this button will not work for the records in the module. Zoho CRM has also changed names of two button placement locations: 1) The new name of List View – Button for each record is List View – Each Record and the new name of List View Page is List View – Mass Action Menu.

Zylker Sandbox

Zoho CRM has introduced two new enhancements: 1) Now you can execute Lead Conversion Mapping in Sandbox. Map the fields from the Leads module with the respective layouts in the Contacts, Accounts, and the Deals and deploy it in the production account once you are sure about the mapping. 2) You can attach files or folders from Zoho WorkDrive to a record in Zoho CRM. These attached files can be accessed by users based on the permission given to them during the file attachment.

Zoho CRM Plug-in

The sign-in process for Zoho CRM Outlook plug-in has been modified. Users can use OAuth for signing-in to the outlook plug-in. It is a more secure method of authentication. The marketplace category is now available as a tab in Zoho CRM. The marketplace category will be available in all Tab Groups by default.


The Delete User Option in your Zoho CRM gets new updates which will allow you to transfer the open records, the assignment configurations, and all the rule-based criteria of one user to another before you delete them from the CRM account.
